Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves washed thoroughly
  • 2 cups Water
  • lemon or honey for flavor optional

Instructions

  • Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot or kettle. Steep Cilantro: Place the chopped cilantro leaves into a teapot or heatproof container. Pour the boiling water over the cilantro.
  • Infuse: Let the cilantro steep in the hot water for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Strain: Strain the tea into a cup to remove the cilantro leaves.
  • Add Flavor (Optional): Add a squeeze of lemon or a touch of honey if desired for extra flavor.
