Here is my favorite Spirulina Smoothie Recipe. The frozen pineapple and mango help to completely mask the taste of spirulina, making this drink a tasty treat. Green Spirulina is a blue-green algae known for being one of the most nutrient-dense superfoods on the planet. It’s packed with complete plant-based protein, B vitamins, iron, and powerful antioxidants that help fight inflammation, boost energy, and support detoxification.

You can easily add it to smoothies, juices, homemade electrolyte drinks, or energy balls for a quick nutrient boost. Just a small amount, about ½ to 1 teaspoon, goes a long way and gives your food that vibrant green color while nourishing your body from the inside out.
